 How AGS Parts Works

Look for what you want within AGS Parts! Based on the destination address (yours or whatever you want), search results will show you all the purchase options for the searched product or service, displaying first what's closest to you! Among the results you can find those that guarantee same-day delivery in the shortest possible time (within 3 hours from the order!). Select the item you prefer according to your needs and place it in the cart before proceeding with the order and payment. At this point, you just have to wait for one of our AGS Riders to rush to pick up the goods at the merchant for you and deliver it wherever you want in the shortest possible time, being able to monitor the status of the delivery at any time through the platform! Through AGS Parts, you can also take advantage of our AGS Riders team even just to request the collection and delivery of any item from one point of the city to another. Simply enter the departure and destination address, proceed to payment and wait for delivery!

 Who are the AGS Riders?

AGS Riders are independent collaborators connected to our platform, equipped with their own means of transport and a smartphone. They are tasked with collecting and delivering anything for you within the same day. Do you want to become a AGS Rider? Fill out the form on the "Become a AGS Rider" page and join the team in your city!

 What can I find in AGS Parts?

In the AGS Parts store you can literally find everything. Can't find what you're looking for? Don't worry, our Customer Service will find a solution for you: chat with us or send an email to customerservice@ags-parts.com describing what you need. AGS Parts will fulfill your every wish!

 Is buying through AGS Parts cheaper?

The prices of the products on the AGS Parts platform are the same as in the store: we do not add any additional commission. Only for certain categories a small fee has been added to cover our transport costs!

 Is there a minimum I have to spend on each order?

No, there is no minimum order!

 Are there any delivery fees?

Yes, and are so calculated for purchases in the App to be delivered within the day: n.b. same-day delivery is allowed provided that point A and point B are located within the area covered by AGS Parts. Instead, for the express delivery service only and for the ordinary shipping service (24-48 hours) the AGS Parts App will calculate the cost, once the required fields have been filled in, depending on the parameters of the distance traveled by our AGS Rider and the volume of goods transported

 Can I place an order in advance?

Sure. Simply set the time and day on which you want to receive the goods at the time of ordering!

 How is my order packaged?

The packaging depends on the type of product and the store you are ordering from. AGS Parts uses an additional protection system by placing your purchases in a special AGS Parts bag that you can store and reuse however you want!

 How can I pay for my order?

You can pay directly through the App with any credit card enabled or through the Paypal service. Currently it is not possible to pay with food stamps.

 Can I change or cancel my order?

You can do this at no cost only before one of our AGS Riders accepts the assignment, generally within a few minutes. The status of acceptance and delivery will always be visible through the App!

 Do I have to leave a tip?

You can leave a tip, if you wish, directly to the AGS Rider, but they will never require it: it's totally optional!

 What should I do if something went wrong with my order?

Our Customer Service takes care of you, from the moment of order to delivery, but it can happen that something can go wrong. In this case, you can always contact us via chat or email to customerservice@ags-parts.com and we will answer you immediately with the solution!

 What can I do if my order is late?

As far as possible, we will always notify you if your order fails to arrive at the scheduled time: our team is working to bring it to you as soon as possible. In any case, you can contact us via chat or email customerservice@ags-parts.com!

  What if I'm not there when the AGS Rider comes with my order?

Once we reach the delivery address, if no one is available at the reported address, our AGS Rider will try to call the number indicated during the order.
While waiting for the AGS Rider, our Customer Service will also try to get in touch with you, even by email, to find a solution. Please check your emails while you wait for delivery, in case there are any important updates. Our AGS Rider will wait 10 minutes before leaving your area. If neither the Customer Service nor the AGS Rider have been able to find you and get in touch with you, even if the delivery has not taken place, you will still be charged the cost of transportation, increased by the cost of bringing the goods back. To retry delivery, you will need to contact our Customer Service by email at customerservice@ags-parts.com. We also specify that in this case the cost of subsequent delivery attempts will remain at your expense. To avoid this unpleasant situation, we recommend that you always double-check your contact information, confirmed order time, and address you entered.

 In which areas is same-day delivery already active?

AGS Parts is currently available in DALLASand MIAMIfor same-day delivery, but anyone can use our service with guaranteed delivery in 24-48 hours with standard delivery! But it is not limited only to those cities, AGS Parts works with local partners that have massive presence in all states and guarantee delivery same day.

 Why is same-day delivery not available in my area?
